Vuyeleni’s career in acting began 2014. When she was in High School in grade 10 at Eersterivier High School . She first appeared on e.tv police drama called Traffic as Zen. After getting the role of Zen, she began taking acting seriously. Sikelelwa was cast as Lelethu in the Mzansi Magic drama series Isikizi in 2017. With her first appearance in Season 2, Episode 5.
