Early life of Putla Sehlapelo

Putla made his television debut as Spike on Generations in 2003 following a number of auditions. He played Maloro in the 2008 television movie Death of a Queen. From July to August 2008, this series aired as a part of the channel’s “Shakespeare in Mzansi” segment.
From 2011 through 2012, Putla played Tiro Lebone on the M-Net soap drama The Wild. In the narrative, Tiro was a BEE millionaire who possessed everything except for his true love. Putla portrayed Hospital Doctor 1 in the SABC2 miniseries Noah’s Ark from July to August of 2008.
In 2014, he starred as Steve Kefentse, an attorney married to Dipuo who considers his own belief and dedication to justice his personal strength, in the SABC2 thriller series Thola. He is currently starring on Skeem Saam as Alfred Magongwa.
