Andile Sithole, also known as Jobe, was born in the South African city of Durban, KwaZulu Natal. On December 3, 1988, he was born. At the age of 14, Andile moved from the countryside to pursue his passion. He had a life-changing epiphany while performing in a school play.

Furthermore, he had an epiphany that led him to his destiny; he realized at that moment that acting was for him. He then formed the Youth Dreams Team with his classmates, where he pursues his passion by performing in schools and hospices.

He applied for and paid for a degree in education at Unisa. This was prior to the introduction of NSFAS. Andile, on the other hand, knew he wanted to be an actor from a young age.

Andile wrote plays and performed them with his friends for hospices and other charitable organizations. “Crime does not pay,” one of his early plays, was a play about crime. He continued on this path until light shone on him.
