She portrayed Molahlegi in Skeem Saam, a SABC 1 drama soap opera, during its fourth season in 2015.

Tsholofelo portrayed the title role of Keneilwe in the SABC2 family drama series Mamello in August 2015. Her persona was an aspiring educator who transferred to a different school. She develops feelings for an instructor at the same institution.

In the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Throne, the actress portrayed the queen’s younger sister Odirile in the lead role.
