While most were wondering how old Larona Moagi was. The answer is she’s only 26 years old. The young actress was born on the 13th of March in 1997 in Pretoria North, South Africa. One of the few actors to come from Pretoria.

2. Larona is a lawyer in real life

The young actress attended her high school in Pretoria North until 2016. Then after graduating, she enrolled at the University of Witwatersrand. However, she was confused about her major, as she was interested in both studying drama and law. So, initially she opted to study acting.

However, after two weeks, she changed her mind and took up law. But, while still studying, she auditioned for a role in The River and was lucky enough to bag it. So, it’s not quite if she finished her law degree or she’s still studying. But, we do know that law is something she’s really into and will be practicing soon.

3. She’s not Master KG’s sister

Despite the widespread speculation of Larona being Master KG’s sister. The truth is, she isn’t. In early 2022, speculations about Moagi being Master KG’s sister flooded online.

She is quoted saying “My fave gqom track is “iGhost” by Que DJ ft. Babes Wodumo and my fave amapiano track is “Possible” by DBN Gogo. Such club bangers! I enjoy “good time” music and I don’t have to be at a club. I just need to be in a good mood or having a good time with friends.”

In her own words: “It was very difficult to work with Larona. We can’t cast people from Instagram, give them a huge role and not give them support. I even said at the meeting with our producers that Larona is struggling because she is not an actress and has been given a huge role to play. This is a craft. It is a skill.”
